Pawel Althamer is one of the top contemporary artists from Poland who works with sculpture and performance. He conducted Death Class inspired by Tadeusz Kantor’s "Death Class" (1975) and Draftsmen’s Congress with the collaboration of more than 100 students and teachers from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Dhaka. He continued his Draftsmen’s Congress in Sylhet with street children.
